Ask about your information

Ask for a copy of what Rally holds, a correction, or removal. Parents and guardians can ask on behalf of a child, and schools can ask on behalf of a student. You don't need a Rally account.

How long it takes

A person replies within 3 business days.
We complete the request within 30 days.
If a page needs to come down immediately, we do that within 1 business day. An organizer can also hide a participant's page themselves, straight away.

Removal takes away

· Name, photograph and biography
· Grade, position and jersey number
· Contact email and phone number
· Parent or guardian name and email
· Their account, and any invite link

It keeps

· Donations, with their amounts and dates
· Payment references held for accounting

Deleting the donation records would not return anyone's money — it would only stop the team being able to account for it, and we are required to keep financial records.
